Each session is recorded per discipline. A student training in two disciplines has a separate attendance record for each. Sessions are tied to enrolment — only students enrolled in a discipline appear on that session’s list.
Every student’s full history in one place
The attendance record for each student is visible on their profile — a complete log of sessions attended per discipline. Coaches and owners can view it at any time.
Eligibility calculated automatically
When it’s time to grade, the system already knows who has attended enough sessions. No counting, no spreadsheet cross-reference. Coaches see which students are eligible when they open the grading nomination screen.
Separate records per discipline
Students training in more than one discipline — common in clubs offering both Karate and Judo, for example — have separate attendance and eligibility records for each. One student, multiple disciplines, no confusion.
