A quiet tool for
a working dojo.
Club Forge handles members and discipline-specific rank tracking — so you can stay on the mat, not behind a spreadsheet.
Built for real dojos
Build any belt.
For any system.
Most software hardcodes a fixed grade ladder. Club Forge lets you build your own — any base colour, up to four independently-coloured stripes, for every discipline you teach.
See all features →Everyone in one place
Adult, junior, and family memberships with full profile history and a parent-friendly view for managing children together.
Built for how UK dojos actually run
Karate, Judo, Jujitsu, Aikido and Kendo — every rank ladder pre-loaded, including the BJA Mon structure and Jitsu Foundation grades. Configure once, never again.
Not just self check-in
Kiosk mode for the shared tablet at the door. PIN check-in, family view, student portal — purpose-built for thirty seconds between arriving and bowing in.
One app, three roles
Club Forge is one app with role-based access. Owners and coaches manage the club on phone, tablet, or web. Students and parents check in on a shared tablet at the dojo door using kiosk mode.
Same data, two faces. Built for jobs that look nothing alike.

Club Forge is being built and tested at a working dojo in Leeds. Leave your details and we’ll be in touch when it opens to new clubs.
Built around UK martial arts
Real rank ladders out of the box — the BJA Mon structure, Jitsu Foundation grades, the BAA, and the configurable space karate styles need.
Karate
Configurable rank ladders for any style — Shotokan, Wado, Goju, Kyokushin and beyond.
Judo
British Judo Association grades, including the full 18-Mon junior structure.
Jujitsu
Jitsu Foundation grades, with Mon tabs handled at 7th and 6th Kyu.
Aikido
British Aikido Association grades, kyu through dan.
Kendo
Rank by kyu and dan number — no belt fuss, the way kendo actually works.
Built in the UK,
for UK clubs
Most martial arts software comes from the US and treats GDPR as a checkbox. Club Forge is built for UK data law from day one — consent versioning, automated retention, soft anonymisation, and admin data export are part of the product, not paperwork.
Pounds sterling throughout. British English. No US-centric assumptions about how a club runs.

who runs a dojo
Club Forge is built by Kieron Greeff, who runs Ichiban Leeds. Club Forge exists because the right software for UK dojos didn’t — and after years of running a club on spreadsheets, generic gym SaaS, and goodwill, something better needed building.
